Founded in November 2020 by four dedicated aviation safety professionals.
- Vision: Reduce the aviation accident rate through participation in the WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program.
- Mission: Network aviation industry members to enhance aviation safety through collaboration and shared resources for improved pilot and aviation maintenance technician proficiency.

Each founding individual’s passion for general aviation safety shows in the volunteer hours they continue to dedicate to promoting proficiency training as a top priority. WIN builds awareness of the core safety missions industry members already provide to aviators.
